Our implementation of ISO 9001: 2015 quality management system is to keep pace with the development of the times, keep pace with the times, and constantly innovate management concepts. It will further promote and implement our management work, standardize the operation behavior of all links, improve service awareness and quality, and refresh the image of enterprises in the industry.
At present, some companies generally have the following patterns:
    First, some job responsibilities are not clear enough, and there are problems of mutual wait-and-see and mutual disputes.
    Two, some management regulations are not clear and specific, and there are problems of arbitrary operation and unclear responsibility.
    Third, there are problems of disordered work flow, unclear procedures and low work efficiency, and the work connection between posts is not tight, and there are problems of work disconnection. For example, there is no handover time constraint between jobs, responsible persons and each link, and there is a lack of mutual restriction, mutual supervision and communication between jobs.
    Four, some work is not easy to quantify, there is a problem of difficult evaluation. For example, different departments and posts have different nature of work. Because there is no clear quantitative standard for the quality of work, it is difficult to distinguish who is doing well and who is not doing well, and the evaluation and assessment cannot be implemented.
    The introduction of the ISO 9001: 2015 quality management system has changed from focusing only on work results to focusing on both results and obtained results, that is, “process control,” so that every work and every link has an established procedure to regulate, control, and constrain you in order to achieve perfect results. The ISO quality management system in China has been widely used in many industries and departments and has produced good results.
The idea of “why, what, who, when, where and how to do it” in ISO 9001: 2015 quality management system has great effectiveness and unique function in improving our internal management level.
    The successful introduction of ISO quality management system such as “focusing on customers”, “meeting customer requirements” and “exceeding customer expectations” has enabled cadres and workers to establish a new concept of “customers are God”: customer satisfaction is the criterion for measuring our work performance; Next (post) satisfaction is the inspection standard of job quality.

    Whether the ISO 9001: 2015 quality management system certification can finally pass is not our ultimate goal. Our ultimate goal is to promote our work through the means of ISO quality management system, so as to make the post responsibilities more clear, the operation more standardized, the working procedures more clear, the working standards more unified, and the quality of our employees further improved.
The implementation of ISO management system is a systematic project, which requires the participation and joint efforts of all of us. I firmly believe that as long as we work together, unite and cheer up, we will continue to improve and develop the management system introduced by our company while obtaining the certification from the national authoritative certification body, and make our enterprise a leader in the service industry in Guangdong Province and even the whole country.
